I've had my reservations about trying to climb in a Tournament with this deck but it does have a solid win rate. It just can be difficult to bait in your opponents to trigger things you need to go off; Power theft with Blessed Orchard and a Heat of Battle and then sabotage their entire attack with an Iron and Silk. I've found this specific combo devastating in the early game to how far ahead it puts you as you start unloading unblockable Hand Characters. There's a refined balance of your traditional Hand Events but most of their decks turtle *too* much and I found that to be a major problem when you're facing Modern era cards. So you hope you can BFV 2 Sites really ahead of the match curve and try to speed to your Characters for the win. In the recent semi-final it worked as intended and attested to the decks viability. I wanted to avoid something unfun but at the top tier of capable. You *cannot* *ever* play 2 Power Generating Sites or the whole plan falls apart. So if you do start trying it out that's the Golden Rule for this deck. Beyond that try to maximize your hand size so you have a higher quantity of answers to things than your opponents. Recycle card effects and try to politic away from getting beat on too hard. Go ahead and burn resources to try and make extra sure your Sites don't get taken.
