Essentially you are playing 10 Purist Initiate (with 5 Dockyard.) The goal is to cycle through Hermes/Malachis, drawing a ton of cards while controlling the board. Eventually you plan to win with a large Dr. Celeste Carter boosted by a Mutator/The Blackboard. Kisa Serkov allows surprise wins. Many cards in the deck are intentionally low cost to allow you to churn through cards quickly. The other foundation characters other than Purist Initiate are toolbox targets for Dockyard.
