Your driving aim is to keep the board completely cleared from constant assassinations. Try to build up to the Song of the Assassin engine slowly and not force it. In and of itself it's not the main strength of the deck as the combination of Operation Killdeer, Mentor and Tortured Memories is. You have a lot of flexibility with this deck so crawl steadily and don't overplay your hand. Only be aggressive with your Assassinations as your larger Characters are valuable going for the win and you don't want to get them killed frivolously. You're trying to position your plays where you lose no Characters, your opponents lose them and you're gaining steady power off that interaction. Soon you'll have an overwhelming army with no resistance and the game in the bag.
This allows you to search for any Site that is not a Feng Shui Site, not any card that is not a Feng Shui Site.
