Not cumulative. Play on a Character you control. Subject gains +3 Fighting and cannot be healed. At the end of each turn, inflict 1 damage on subject, which cannot be reduced or redirected.

Play during an attack. Your Characters gain Mobility until the end of the attack. You have an additional opportunity this attack to declare interceptors, after all other players have done so.
