A deck design that really aims to balance key protections, Power increases and vast discounts with Church Archivist. Paratroopers are the more recent feature of the idea as released by the SWS Fan Set. The She-Wolf potentially gets you multiple attacks with them on their turn of entry. There are wide benefits to being attacked and losing Sites with Insurance Policy and City Park. You'll be ahead of the curve often and a huge table threat in no time with little to lose by pressing forward as quickly as you can. Chi is the star talent here featuring some of the most powerful cards in the entire game. Art of War, Xin's Tome and Shadowy Mentor add an ever so slight additional edge to the deck. Play at your own risk of table hate.
