Feng Shui Site (11 cards)

Lotus control deck that leverages the power of Tortured Memories/Mesmerism/etc. The deck has won a Canadian Nationals and a World Championship. This is the current build, not the version that won in previous years. 

Strategy: Discard liberally to avoid clumping, since there is not much card draw/filtering. In the early turns, you're looking to set up an early Spirit in the Bottle, usually with an Exorcist. Exorcist can often be used as a bait for Spirit in a Bottle. Example: Turn 1, play a resource. Turn 2, play Exorcist, eat your resource then play a Site. Your opponents will kill an undefended Exorcist 100% of the time. On turn 3 you'll have no Characters in play for a Bottle and start your third turn with 4 power, usually for some combination of Walking Corpses/Sewer Scum/Feng Kan. The strong cost to fighting ratio on your Characters is preferred since Tortured Memories will be doing your heavy lifting later in the game, and your sacrifice effects are free (you really want to be able to play a Character, a Site, and a control effect all in the same turn. The Hidden Grotto is perfect for this). Speaking of sacrifice outlets, it's imporant to have a 1,000 corpses in the smoked pile (just attack with one then sac it to Exorcist) since you can trigger the Corpses' effect in the smoked pile at any point, without having to resolve the effect. In other words, they're a free sac outlet, from the smoked pile, at all times. This will be huge in the late game.

The Classic version of this deck is even better (obviously), but I have not yet tried it in tournament.
